Now more than ever, the credibility and authority of your brand and your company on the web is very important for the viability of your business.

It is very important to create a connection with those who know and visit you, a sort of community around your company, and that community feeds, above all, on trust and knowledge sharing.

It's not necessarily your clients who will talk about your company, it's the people who trust your story, the quality of your products or services, and the care they feel in the way you run your business.

And these people will know you for who you are, for what you publish, for the knowledge you share!

Gone are the days when we used to say, in every business, "the secret is the soul of business"... of course you can't share everything, but it is essential to share the expertise that makes you an authority on certain subjects.

Some examples of how you can do it:

  • recording podcasts: audio recording is becoming more and more common. Think of a topic that might be of interest to your community, that is related to your business, and post it on your website and social media.
  • Video recording: videos have long been used for knowledge sharing, and it is a form par excellence, not only because it is captivating to watch, but also because the speaker "faces" a certain topic. Easier now, with a simple cell phone, you can film, upload to your Youtube account and publish on your site.
  • sending newsletters with opinion articles: opinion articles humanize companies and brands. This will help the visitor to know who you are, what you do, and what you think about topics that can be useful to them.
  • Knowledge sharing posts: on your blog or in your social networks (preferably both), you can and should share simple texts, focused on topics of interest to your visitors. Not only is it knowledge sharing, but it also helps your site to garner words, phrases, ... for better SEO.

We once wrote in this blog that it is no longer enough to be, it is necessary to “seem to be”! Showing what you know greatly improves your positioning in Google (SEO), making your clients and partners proud and confident, and captivating potential clients looking for your services.

Knowledge brings people together and strengthens the trust of the relationships between your company and those who visit or meet you in the digital world!
