It's essential to listen to what the client wants, but also to be able to understand what they need. Once they have identified the digital challenge they want to achieve, it is up to the experts in websites and digital performance to find the most effective solution.

Combining the experience and technical knowledge of the creative, development and UI/UX (user interface/user experience) teams with the client's business knowledge is what really makes the difference, allowing us to design solutions that convert into lead generation and business generation.

Case Study: Development of a Real Estate website

In the competitive real estate market, a digital presence is essential for success. A real estate company recognized the need to revamp its website to better serve its clients, increase lead generation and improve the user experience. In this case study, we illustrate how an approach centred on the client's real problem was fundamental to the success of this brand's digital positioning.

  1. Discovery and planning ... knowing how to listen! The process began with several meetings with the client to understand their needs and objectives. Questions such as: What are the main challenges with the current website? What business objectives do you want to achieve? Who is the target? Who are your competitors? What do you do better than them? And what do you do worse? ... With the information gathered, we were able to understand not only what the client wanted, but also what they really needed to achieve their goals.
  2. Design and Development - The collaboration of the strategy, design, development and UI/UX teams was essential in giving colour and shape to the digital experience. Every image, video, claim, call to action... every workflow was thought through in detail.
  3. Implementation of technical solutions - advanced property searches were worked on, integration with CRM for more effective lead management, integration with online chat for direct contact ... between backend systems for easy management of the new site.
  4. Tests and Optimizations ... in the final stretch, tests were carried out to identify possible points for improvement in the browsing experience and functionalities and SEO strategies were implemented to ensure that the site had high visibility in search engines, increasing organic traffic.

The result was a 35% increase in organic traffic, attracting a wider and more qualified audience. The new design and information structure provided a much more fluid user experience, directly reflected in lead generation and increased conversion rates. Integration with a CRM has increased the agility of following up on orders and the ability to follow the sales funnel with cross-selling on multiple channels.

Putting the customer first, listening to and understanding their needs, and combining this with the technical knowledge of the development and UX/UI teams, is the key to success in a brand's digital positioning.
