We kicked off the year in February with Sommer Masterchef - a fantastic cookery workshop where we were able to put our culinary skills into practice and encourage those who aren't so skilled with pots and pans to learn. Our team split into four groups and each prepared a dish: a starter, a main course, a side dish and a dessert. It was a delicious event that promoted group unity and healthy competitiveness.

It was on this same day that we held our usual ‘retrospective’ event, where we shared Softway's evolution over the course of 2023 in figures.

Between various exciting projects and launches, we jumped into October, where our team got together for an afternoon of padel. We went to Blue Padel Kourts to spend an afternoon playing padel, where we got to see the more competitive side of our team and also help each other by teaching those who had never played before. It was a fun afternoon, with the opportunity for some physical exercise in between, and it ended with a nice snack - with the right to distribute prizes to the best players. Of course, in the days that followed, some of us complained a lot about muscle pain... a sign that in 2025 physical exercise will have to be part of our lives!

In December, as usual, we had our Christmas dinner where we gathered at the Madrasta restaurant and enjoyed a pleasant dinner with plenty of conversation and good humour. We toasted the successes achieved throughout 2024 and distributed the usual gifts to the team. Each gift that is given is specifically designed for each of the people who are part of Softway and it is this personalisation that characterises us so well and is a reflection of our day-to-day work with all our clients.

In addition to all the teambuilding events that took place throughout the year, we never missed our team's birthdays and the important dates in each other's lives that we love to celebrate together. We always celebrate with the typical toast, and of course more good humour!

We start 2025 with the feeling of having done our duty in the past year and ever more united. We're sure that throughout this year we'll have more team events and, of course, milestone moments in each other's lives to celebrate together.
