In our day-to-day work, we don't just deal with lines of code and innovative interfaces. In these articles you'll get to know a little bit about each of us and realize how we're all very different, but above all fun.

Today we bring you Rita, our UX and Content Manager. She's Softway's Benjamin and has already got us used to the smell of toast on office mornings! She never misses an opportunity to share with everyone the pearls she discovers on the internet that make her laugh out loud.

1. If you could instantly become an expert in any field, what would it be and why?
   I love make-up, I'd love to be a make-up artist and work with fashion, celebrities, brides. I'd really like to be a top make-up artist.
   
   
   
2. What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work?
   Come home, have a shower and have some comfort food, which in my case is pasta with tuna! I LOVE this dinner, ideally with a blanket on my legs. This is followed by a session of computer games.
   
   
3. What's your favorite office snack, and do you have any secret stash spots for it?
   Twix that I keep in my desk drawer. I also usually have gum to share with Marta and the other people on the team.
   
   
4. If you were given a one-week, all-expenses-paid vacation tomorrow, where would you choose to go?
   Greece.
   
   
5. What's the most surprising item on your bucket list?
   Skydiving! Even though I'm terrified of heights. I'd like to take a risk and experience the feeling of having succeeded. But I would be scared, really scared.
   
   
6. If you could switch jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
   I'd swap with Pedro, who's a Senior Web Designer. I'm fascinated by website design, and I wouldn't mind having that job for a few days.
   
   
7. If you could have a superpower what would it be and how would you use it?
   I'd like to have the power to be in several places at once, so that I could do several things at once during the day. It would really come in handy, it would be spectacular.
   
   
8. If you could organize a company-wide theme day, what theme would you choose and what activities would you plan?
   I'd organize it in a scape room, I think it would be really good. But it would have to be non-horror. I think it would be interesting because it requires a lot of teamwork for everyone to discover the different clues that lead us to fulfil the objective of finding the exit.
   
   
9. If you could travel back in time and give your past self one piece of advice, what would it be?
   Relax more and breathe deeply. Because I tend to be anxious and get nervous easily. I'd tell myself to take it easy and trust that everything will work out in the end.
   
   
10. What's the most important song you've ever heard?
    It's a relatively recent song, but it's one of my favorites because when I hear it, it really gets to me. The lyrics are beautiful. It's called Pov by Ariana Grande.

Today we are giving you a little insight into Rita, from her unwinding ritual, to her gamer side, to the fact that she's Ariana Grande's number one fan. What you don't know, however, because it hasn't been said yet, is that Rita, as well as providing moments of great laughter at Softway, is also a constant source of calm and stability.
