You already know that we make websites, but do you know what was the last film that made us fall in love? What do we do in our spare time? What's our favourite karaoke song? We want you to know us not only for what we do, but also for who we are, so we decided to venture into this new format, where we interview all the members of our team without filters.

We start with Marta, a Web Designer at Softway, who joined us exactly two years ago. Known as the office early riser, she likes to be the first to arrive so she can have her moment of morning serenity before the team starts arriving.

We already know her, but we've asked her 10 questions so that our readers can get to know her better:

1. If you could switch jobs with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
   Actually, it would be your (Rita) job as UX and Content Manager, because it's a slightly different job to mine. Not just because of the work itself, but because it requires a lot of organisation and I feel that I'm not naturally a very methodical person.
2. What's the most unusual or interesting job you've had before joining our team?
   It's not exactly unusual, but I've worked at an art gallery and given guided tours at MAAT.
3. If you could have a superpower what would it be and how would you use it?
   I'd say omnipresent, so I can be in several places at once.
4. What's your favorite office snack, and do you have any secret stash spots for it?
   Mini BabyBel cheeses and Compal tutti frutti juices. I don't usually save snacks, but I know some people do [laughs].
5. If your life were a movie, what would its title be, and who would play you in the film?
   I don't know about the title of the film, but I do know that I like Sofia Coppola's aesthetic. To represent me, although it has nothing to do with me, I'd choose Cate Blanchett.
6. What's the last TV show or movie you binge-watched and couldn't get enough of?
   I know it's ridiculous, but I'd say the first two seasons of "The Crown". A film would be Wes Anderson's "The French Dispatch".
7. What's your go-to karaoke song?
   I'm not much of a karaoke person, but if I had to choose, it would be ABBA's Gimme Gimme Gimme.
8. What's the quirkiest or most memorable team-building activity you've participated in?
   Since I've been at Softway, there have been so many. From drinks at Rock in Law, catamaran trips on the Tagus River and Christmas dinners, which are always fun. However, one of the ones that struck me the most, because it was completely different, was the immersive theatre "The Death of the Raven". I even went back to see friends.
9. What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work?
   I don't do it as often as I'd like, but I do enjoy a coffee with friends.
10. What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done or would like to do in the future?
    I haven't done many adventurous things: I've never jumped out of an aeroplane, I've never been rock climbing, etc. However, I'd like to go backpacking around Southeast Asia. Usually people do it more when they finish college or high school, but since I haven't done it, I'd love to. But I don't know if it's adventurous.
