In addition to the countless websites to be launched before the year is out and the twelve chimes have struck, there's the frenzy of Christmas, reminiscent of a fast-paced techno version of the famous ‘All I want for Christmas is you’ that every year earns Mariah Carey a fortune. Between closing meetings and digital activations, we always find a moment to stop and celebrate Christmas with our team.

This year we met at the Madrasta restaurant where we had a great dinner and an even better toast! Between shared stories and a few laughs, we left the hustle and bustle of our projects at the door and took advantage of the evening to celebrate being together on a daily basis, with good people who take care of each other and are committed to the rigour of what they deliver each day.

Every Christmas, for several years now, we offer a ‘hand-picked’ gift to each person in our team. The aim is to find that gift that everyone would like but probably doesn't have the courage to buy. With the team growing and the ‘no repeats’ and ‘no vouchers’ rule, the nerves come alive in the rush to the shops to find the right present ... but it pays off! The joy of seeing everyone open their present is contagious.

To all our team, a sincere thank you and may you enjoy Christmas with your families, whom we get to know, and whom we feel are a little bit ours because of the stories we share or just because they are yours.

To all our customers, partners, friends and family, I leave you with a few words that were read out at our Christmas dinner: ‘The point is not to give up or resist. The point is loyalty. To be faithful is to go as far as you need to in order to achieve your goals. It's starting again every day.’
