In a moment of retrospection, we shared Softway's evolution in numbers and reinforced the importance of our people. Our team´s  well-being is very important to us. We are a varied team with different personalities who, on other flights, have even become eagles, parrots, doves and owls and together we laughed a lot and flew high. We are developers, creatives and project managers. It is in this variety of personalities and expertise that lies our balance and the value of each project we deliver.

With 2024 already speeding, we highlighted three points that excite us and reinforce our conviction that we are on the right path.

We already knew the strength of this team! We just didn't know that faced with a Sommer MasterChef, immersed in ingredients and kitchen utensils, we could make a delicious Peruvian Ceviche with Mango, a magnificent Mushroom Risotto with Chives, a delicious Cottage Cheese Salad with Strawberries, Pear, Walnuts and Honey Vinaigrette and a Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream that you can eat and cry for more.
